I’ve been a resident here for many years and have found it to be a wonderful place to live. The community is quiet, the neighbors are pleasant, and the property is maintained well. The location is very convenient, and maintenance issues are handled promptly. I would highly recommend.

I have lived at Mountain View Knolls for over two years and have had nothing but a good experience. My apartment is nice. Manager/ staff are on site and quick to respond. The property is well maintained. Snow removal is very efficient. Great location. Affordable in comparison to similar complexes. Recommend!

I upgraded from their one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment. Both apartments are very large the two bedroom is huge. Plenty of closet space and a balcony. It’s a nice quiet place to live,very safe and well maintained. The owners are so nice and friendly.Rent is very reasonable for the size of this apartment. The location is great. I’m very happy living here.

I have been at Mountainview Knolls for 5 years now. I find the management, staff and my neighbors to be very kind, friendly and respectful. Maintenance issues are addressed timely. The accomodations are not high end, but very functional and at a very competitive price point. One has to follow the rules in the lease agreement of course, but I personally have had no issues. I'm very thankful to be here.
