The apartments are rundown with decades of reapplied paint peeling off. The plumbing is awful. The roof had a leak into the bedroom. The bathroom had black mold and they just reapplied more paint.

Lived there for 6 years and loved every second of it. They come within 24 hours to fix any maintenance, the grounds are meticulously up-kept and beautiful, the staff is friendly, they call/text with any issues, and most importantly they are by far the most affordable with the most amount of sq footage you get. Yea, you sacrifice a probably over-crowded pool and a gym for the low price but it’s worth it. They are on top of their rules, and because of that it’s always quiet, safe, clean, organized... , and an overall great community to live in. Light and airy apt that has carpet all through. The living room is huge which leads out to a good sized terrace. The dining room can fit a formal dining table with 6 chairs and it has a ceiling fan. The kitchen has a window with a view of the parking lot, a dishwasher, lots of counter space and cabinet space, nice size stove and fridge. Also a large food pantry next to kitchen. Bedrooms are are large enough to fit a king-size bedroom set and both have walk in closets and two windows that allow... you to see your parking space from both rooms.
