This property is operated by experienced owners who live in the Village. Those interested in renting will need to apply, and if eligible, will go through the vetting process, including a credit and criminal background check. Only applicants that meet the minimum household income requirement of 3x the monthly rent will be considered to view the apartment. This is a completely smoke-free property.
