As the owner of several commercial and investment properties in the local area, Gene has firsthand experience navigating the complexities of real estate transactions. Gene's career began at Medtronic, a leading medical device company, where he served as a software engineer. In this role, he supported global sales teams and clients, honing his problem-solving skills and commitment to excellence. He later transitioned to investment banking with Cornell Capital Partners, a private equity fund, where he developed strategic relationships with executives of publicly traded companies. Originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, Gene moved to the U.S. at the age of three. Growing up in a bilingual household, he speaks fluent Russian and has a deep appreciation for cultural diversity, allowing him to connect with clients from all backgrounds. Gene is an active member of the community, serving as a past president of the Aspatuck Tennis Club in Westhampton Beach and a coach of his son's local PAL and travel lacrosse teams.
