Living room/bedroom is newly painted with newly installed vinyl flooring. It has a large picture window with side windows that crank open and privacy and room darkening curtains.

LIVING ROOM FURNITURE - Two Chest of drawers, TV, leather loveseat, night stand, full size bed and mattress, large clothing rack.

You have a variety of ways to control your climate. You have a thermostat to control baseboard heating and a large 25k BTU air conditioner. Also a whole house fan.

You'll have a private bathroom with a large shower, 48" vanity and toilet.

AMENITIES INCLUDED: hi-speed Wif-Fi, and storage area. Optional: FIOS Cable for additional charge.

PARKING: You can park one vehicle in the driveway or street parking.

YOUR QUARTERS: Fingerprint entry into house and keyed entry into the apartment. Walk into the house and on your immediate right are the stairs up to your space. ***NO SEPARATE PRIVATE ENTRY INTO THE APARTMENT.

KITCHEN: counter, cabinets, pantry, sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, air fryer/ toaster oven and double hot plate only.

SPECIAL ACCESS: Backyard patio and deck upon request.

We are located 3 miles from the LIRR(Long Island Railroad), less than two miles from pizza, Wendy's, Starbucks, 7-11, Dunkin', gas, laundry and many other conveniences. We are about 10 minutes by car from historic Northport Village.
