These are nice apts and safe area but management have some problem that never resolved. The resident of the other side with garage come to our sides to take the parking spot because some of the hqve more than 2 or 3 cars or because they have sleepover ,specially weekends and escalate worths in winter. Lanlord issue a parking permit but it do not work for us. They do not enforced the parking rules and there are many dispute with residents for that issue
