I can’t say anything bad about this apartment! I had to move to this area for clinical placement and this apartment complex was conveniently a one minute drive. The apartments are only a couple years old and have a great layout! The property management was fantastic. She was always available if I ever needed her or had any questions. If someone needed to come fix something she would let maintenance know and they would have it finished the next day. My apartment has had an unresolved mold problem since just after I moved in. The building was brand new, I was the first tenant. The property manager has refused to have the place or my belongings properly cleaned. I am not the only tenant with a mold problem! stay away from these buildings.

The management at this complex is extremely rude and lazy. The property is not well maintained. The landscaping has been "under construction" since the property was build. Emails and calls go unanswered. Don't waste your money or team.

Management states other tenants can make as much noise as they want. We dealt with constant hammering, drilling, stomping, door slamming, loud phone conversations and tv/music. At the end of our lease we asked to move to a quieter apartment, and when management rented that apartment out from under us they kept our security deposit saying we didn’t give THEM proper notice.
