Property management office did not answer my calls, so I decided to visit myself without a tour and was very disappointed. Halls and laundry rooms were very dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Can’t speak to the apartments themselves, but from how much sound I could hear in the hallways (music, dogs barking, etc), the walls are thin and privacy would be a concern. While the photos look like it’s brand new, the property and common areas feel tired and rather cheap…felt like a bit of a bait and... switch.

Happy Tenant
Just moved into Solo Apartments at Corning and I'm loving it so far! The apartment is spacious and beautifully updated — modern finishes, clean layout, and just a comfortable place to come home to. The property manager has also been great and super helpful throughout the whole process. So happy with my choice so far. Highly recommend if you're apartment hunting in the area!
