We had been living at a Fairfield property (the Wel) for over a year when we needed to transfer to another apartment closer to my daughter’s college. We LOVED our apartment at the Wel and the staff there including Julie and John were so great to work with.

They do look nice on the surface, but there are constant rent increases. There are insect issues, and for certain no matter how much in advance you plan to move-out they will charge you an additional month and you will have to fight for your deposit no matter how clean you kept the place or if you had a short-term lease.
