We were tenants of Gina and Billy’s for the past 14 months, and we had a fantastic experience
with them as our landlords. They were kind, respectful, understanding, and always responsive.
When we first moved in, there was an issue with the washing machine, and they immediately
scheduled maintenance and solved the problem. This response was representative of our
experience throughout our time renting here. Gina and Billy both clearly care about this home
and treat it as such. We have both been renters for over a decade, and this is by far the best
experience we have had. The home is situated on a quiet street and the grounds are
beautiful—a well-maintained lawn with beautiful trees and flowering shrubs. It’s a short drive to
the village of Cold Spring and all it has to offer, and a stones throw from numerous fantastic
spots for outdoor recreation. We are moving out because we purchased our first
home—otherwise, we would’ve happily continued renting from Gina and Billy!
