My daughter recently moved into Crescent Village, and we could not be happier with her decision to live here! From the very beginning, Nicole, along with the rest of the staff, has been incredible. Everyone has been so welcoming, kind, and extremely attentive.
As with any move, there were a few normal little things that needed attention, and every single one was addressed right away and completed thoroughly. The responsiveness by Eric along with the attention to detail, and genuine care from... him and the staff have really impressed us.
Moving can be stressful, especially when your daughter is moving to a new area, but Nicole and the entire staff at Crescent Village have made the transition so easy and welcoming. I couldn’t be happier knowing she chose such a wonderful place to call home. Highly recommend!
