I think this is a great spot for student living affordable and ideal for commuting to any of the surrounding colleges. I will say they are a bit slow with maintenance requests. And it would be nice if the pool would open up. Other than that I have no complaints.

Apartment is fully furnished and spacious. I am really looking forward to creating new memories here. Only thing I would say is the washing machine makes a lot of noise when washing it might be broken and the bathroom shower rod is falling off the wall.

Just moved into Monarch 716 and it’s been a great fit so far. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the overall setup works perfectly for my current needs. The front desk team is super responsive and friendly. They’ve helped me settle in smoothly and answered every question I had. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes day-to-day living stress-free. The community feels safe and organized, and I’m genuinely happy with the service and support... here.

Room was a bit of a mess but the staff was quick to set it right. Staff was friendly and informed about what I needed and made sure I was taken care of.

The building is wellmaintained, and the management team is usually responsive and helpful when it comes to maintenance requests. The apartment itself is spacious with a modern layout, and I especially appreciate the natural lighting and updated appliances. The neighbors are mostly friendly, and the community feels safe and quiet, which is important to me.
The only downside is occasional noise from the hallway or nearby units, and parking can be a bit of a hassle depending on the time of day.... Still, the location is super convenient close to grocery stores and public transportation.
I’m giving it 4 stars because there’s always room for improvement, but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid, comfortable home.
