The apartment itself is spacious with a modern layout, and I especially appreciate the natural lighting and updated appliances. The neighbors are mostly friendly, and the community feels safe and quiet, which is important to me.
The only downside is occasional noise from the hallway or nearby units, and parking can be a bit of a hassle depending on the time of day.... Still, the location is super convenient close to grocery stores and public transportation.

Communication is often slow or unhelpful, and maintenance requests can take weeks to be addressed—if they’re addressed at all. Noise can be a serious issue, and cleanliness in common areas is inconsistent. The apartment itself had potential, but poor upkeep and lack of accountability from the leasing office really took away... from the experience. If you’re in a tight spot and have no other options, it’ll do—but I wouldn’t recommend it unless it’s your last resort. For the price, you’d expect better service and overall quality. Very peaceful, everyone is friendly, and i loveee the private gym. Very good for beginner renters get in the groove of living by yourself and the bowling alley is very convenient.
