The lessor showed me a quite a large unit that had been beautifully refurbished and pristine clean, loved and rented it immediately. The building is quiet, clean and know this is a roof top patio that the residents use, will see it in the spring. The location is exactly what I wanted, blocks from Elmwood which is so important for me for convenience, as well as close to the JCC for fitness and close proximity to work. Really spacious and bright apartment as I sit here now and again love... walking ,so the location is just so perfect.

Nice apartments, great management
I’ve been living here for 3 months and am quite pleased. I have found the management to be very responsive to issues that arise and are constantly making improvements to the building. The common areas are kept very clean and my apartment was updated before I moved in. I have lived in a few older buildings in Buffalo that have not been properly maintained but the management here seems to keep the building in great shape.
