The fence in the side I’m in is all broken up. 3 out of the 4 dryers don’t work. 2 have been broken for the 3 months I’ve lived here. The 3 rd one broke tonight with my clothes in it. My apartment faces McDonald’s parking lot where the fence is broken to pieces. My upstairs neighbor throws their cigarette butts all over the ground near my patio and many land on my patio when it’s windy. Took me awhile to get rid of the roaches. I don’t recommend this place and can’t wait until my lease expiry

Beautiful Lakeview
Beautiful apartment in a beautiful and peaceful area. I am so excited about moving in this weekend. Suad was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to answer all our questions and make us feel at ease.

Great view, peaceful community
As the previous reviewer has mentioned, Suad was very professional and courteous. The apartment was in good condition with updated appliances. Residents have one assigned parking spot. The community is beautiful, maintained, peaceful, and residents are friendly.
