There is no maintenance or upkeep from owners/managers. Tenants leave garbage laying around wherever. There is only 1 washer and dryer for 8 apartments. There are people coming and going at all times. This is not a family friendly apartment. The roofs of all the buildings have needed to be redone for years and they just keep a blue tarp on it. No funds go into this place to make it look nice or enjoyable to live.
