There is nothing less than one star.....little to no maintenance AT ALL!! No pet play area, very hard to get a parking spot, even if you're a resident. Very unfriendly living environment (very high drug use) Other tenants are very rude and very scetchy. Most apartments have not been updated since 1971 when the building opened. In short, not worth what they charge in rent.
