The Parkway Apartments are a great place to live! They ensure your unit is clean and updated when you move in, and the complex is in a convenient location near restaurants, gyms, and other frequently visited places. If you ever have a maintenance request, they respond and assist very quickly, and the property managers are helpful as well. I’m very happy I’ve chosen to live here.

terrible
Bliss will charge you for normal wear and tear on the apartments. Over $300 for them to spackle and paint (4) holes from curtains. Having photo proof of no damage does nothing as they do not listen. Don’t expect to get your full security deposit back. Rachel will not resolve any issues when you live there, including noise complaints or letting people keep garbage outside of their apartment doors. The apartments are nice but the rental office is a nightmare and I would not suggest renting from... this company.
