Darcie
I moved here in December of 2025 and so far have had a great experience so far. My apartment is very spacious and it’s convenient with local stores around the area and on the bus line. It’s a very family oriented area that’s what I loved most and the outside areas of the apartments are always clean and kept. Darcie also is a sweet heart any time I needed anything when I reached out to her she always helped with me no issues.

I lived at New Scotland Gardens for a few years. I’ve had a great experience working with Darcie the property manager. Darcie is always kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and professionally, which made living at New Gardens much more comfortable. I truly appreciate her helpful attitude and dedication to residents.

Management makes it worth it.
Not only is management on point whenever I call, Darcie makes me feel special. Whatever the issue, she makes sure it's addressed immediately. The additional plus is that the area in general has proven to be community friendly.
