I’ve really enjoy living at Block75. The amenities are great, the location is convenient, and the community has been a good place to call home. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance, and maintenance has been quick to address any issues. It’s nice living somewhere where you feel comfortable reaching out to the office and know you’ll get a response. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I’d recommend Block75 to anyone looking for affordable housing.

Great Property
I have lived here for two years now and all I can say is that the properties growth has been tremendous. My experience here has been really smooth so far and I have even graduated. I plan on staying here to complete my masters and I can’t wait to see how far this property will innovate especially over the next two years during my graduate program.

Caring community
I moved into Block 75 about a year ago and I really appreciate the on-site staff. They were extremely helpful during the move-in process and have handled work orders promptly. I also enjoy the events with sweet treats and the overall clean environment.

Best Property Around
As a resident of 4 years now, I've had a very positive experience living at Block 75. The property offers a great balance of convenience, privacy, and amenities that make my everyday living easy. The apartments are fully furnished, the common areas are well designed, and having access to amenities like the fitness center and study spaces is a nice bonus.
One thing that stands out is the staff. Whenever I've had questions or needed assistance, they've been professional, friendly, and willing to... help. Communication is consistent, and it's clear that the team works hard to keep the community running smoothly.

Beautiful Property
I would definitely recommend this place. The rooms come fully furnished which is ideal for me and the building is close to school which is a plus. Very good customer service. Shout out to Rasheem who showed me around the property and who was super friendly and accommodating to all my questions. You made my tour a great one.
