My personal experience living at Block 75 was disappointing due to communication and maintenance issues. The property management team often lacked communication regarding major building issues. During the winter, the property experienced extended periods without reliable heat or water, sometimes lasting for weeks at a time. Additionally, community amenities were frequently closed or listed as undergoing renovations. The notice for these renovations remained posted for nearly a year with very... little visible progress. For the price of rent, the communication and utility maintenance did not meet expectations.

Loving the new , out with the old
block75 and its employees have been doing the best trying to update everything and make the living experience better then ever . they are always trying to get the next project done . love the family atmosphere they have created and would recommend anyone to live here

Very Welcoming!
I’ve really enjoy living at Block75. The amenities are great, the location is convenient, and the community has been a good place to call home. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance, and maintenance has been quick to address any issues. It’s nice living somewhere where you feel comfortable reaching out to the office and know you’ll get a response. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I’d recommend Block75 to anyone looking for affordable housing.

Great Property
I have lived here for two years now and all I can say is that the properties growth has been tremendous. My experience here has been really smooth so far and I have even graduated. I plan on staying here to complete my masters and I can’t wait to see how far this property will innovate especially over the next two years during my graduate program.

Caring community
I moved into Block 75 about a year ago and I really appreciate the on-site staff. They were extremely helpful during the move-in process and have handled work orders promptly. I also enjoy the events with sweet treats and the overall clean environment.
