Do not recommend moving here whatsoever. Office staff is horrible. Wendy is rude and snarky. They do not care whatsoever about you as a tenant nor the property. You get the full on landlord, special and maintenance does not care about their work whatsoever. The inside of the apartment no storage, small kitchen cabinets, floors are completely uneven with many divots, windows are very old and have little to no trim, and AC and heater do not probably disperse throughout the apartments and don't... even work on the days you really need it. I lived here for 15 months and I was just counting down the days to leave this place. They also do not have emergency maintenance. We had our water heater started leaking out and we were not able to turn it off due to them having it locked away on the patio. Took us hours to get a hold of them on a Saturday morning. Didn't get back to us till Saturday night and finally came out and fixed it Sunday late afternoon. We put in a complaint with our upstairs neighbor because they were blasting music and having constant traffic in and out of their apartment all hours of the night. They also started parking in my carport spot that is in my lease and yes I could have called the tow truck but tow truck took a while to get there. But with evidence of pictures and videos sent to Wendy through email, she said that she'll talk to the legal team but nothing was ever resolved. That main situation definitely seemed to really bother Wendy, so I don't know if there was a personal relationship or favoritism with those specific tenants. Started to realized that anytime I put a maintenance request in it took them days to contact us to schedule when prior it was within 24 hours. We put a maintenance request in one time and it was going on about day three no contact and I talked to my neighbor. She put a maintenance request the night before and got a call the next morning. At that point we kind of just knew that Wendy was finding ways to retaliate against us. Talking to more neighbors around us very shocked that we weren't the only ones and many said stay to yourself. Lived here for years the rent more than doubled, much like the rest of the area, but what you don't see in the advertised price is the additional fees that include things like water/sewer, convenience, maintenance, pest control but worst of all a trash bill that cost $75 every single month (used to have a madantory $25 a month valet trash service on top of that that almost never showed up). So not only do they raise the rent price every single lease but you are required to pay an additional... $150-$200 every single month on top of rent. As for the management there is one person who runs the office 99% of the time, if they can't make it in for the day then they close the whole office down. They aren't very knowledgable at their job as they can't answer what should be basic questions nor deal with problems you might be having with your unit or get back to you as to when those problems will be addressed. In which it often taking weeks for maintenance to address any kind of issues which are constant with their "premium appliances" that constantly have problems, they come to patch them up and a few months go by until they break down again. Management unfortunately just comes off as not caring and is an absolute pain to deal with if you ever have a problem with your apartment that I would very much recommend to look elsewhere. As for the amenities the pool has not been in use for multiple years now, something they advertise but it's still currently under maintenance same goes for the spa. The gym is tiny and you are only allowed to use if the office manager let's you in. The BBQ pit is more of the same you can not use without permission, again the management has to give you access to using it in which they don't work weekends so forget about using it then. Even the front gate is constantly broken either from it breaking down or people ramming it to get it because it won't open. The only good thing I can say about these apartments is they are some of the cheaper ones you will find that are located in a nice neighborhood unfortunately that does lure in some trouble and Sparks police are in the complex at almost a weekly basis because of domesitc calls or violent disturbances like gunshots. you all should be ashamed of your self saying something is one price and then you go there and it is a lot more money then what you are saying it is and me and my husband is in need of a one bedroom but it has to be under 500 dollars and they have to take pets because we have two cats in Reno ,Sparks NV.or in that area we have to move by the end of Dec.

Nice area for low income apartments. New owners. Not the brightest people running the office but I guess that's apartment living.
