Roaches and falling apart
The apartments are infested with roaches and everything is falling apart and breaking from being cheaply "upgrade". I could never recommend this place to anyone.

Attractive Living in Sparks!
Overall, I’ve had no issues with this apartment. There’s always groundskeepers out maintaining and keeping the property clean!
The leasing office staff is friendly. Any maintenance request I’ve sent in was promptly addressed and resolved. Neighbors are quiet and there’s so many shops and other things to do very close by!
Highly recommend.

Maintenance and management always quick and friendly!
