lived here for two years in a downstairs unit and let me tell you, you will get no sleep or peace if you have upstairs neighbors. walls are crazy thin and you can hear everything. and i mean everything! don’t get packages sent to these apartments either cause someone will come around and take it if it’s been out for too long. you might come home from work and your package is gone. the only thing decent about this place is the lawns and space for little ones to run but that’s it. oh and also, got... my place broken into and managements immediate response wasn’t if i was okay or if my son was, just ‘okay, you got the police report?’ like how heartless! i suggest finding somewhere else Read More

The location is nice,and the gounds are nice, but the aparments themselves need major improvements and updates. Heaters don't work, the crappy little window unit "air conditioner" doesn't work. Concrete stairs are broken and dangerous. The rent is far above what it's worth. Management is unresponsive. My recommendation is to avoid this place. There are are other complexes in the area that are far superior and whose rent is comparable.

If you like getting miss treated this is the place for you.. You want company over?? Tell them to park in the street because theres no vistor parking... They raise your rent multiple times in year.. Pay more not to deal with stress...

Very helpful and friendly staff! The ladies in the office were of much help while I was looking for my next place. They made it very easy and simple to move this time around.

New management is polar opposite turnover from the previous workers. Take care of their residents. Awesome job!
