The quality of the floors is the worst thing about these apartments in my opinion. The carpet is cheap and gets gross and hard quickly. The hardwood floor chips and breaks easily, and makes loud creaking noises when you walk. The floor plans look good online but aren’t as nice as they appear to be. The dog parks are very gross and never cleaned. The single car garages are absurdly small. Overall it’s just not worth the money.

Regarding the flooring, we strive to provide durable and comfortable materials in all our units. We... regret that your experience hasn’t met expectations and would be happy to inspect your unit for any specific issues and discuss potential solutions.
We understand the importance of clean and well-maintained dog parks. We do rely on our residents to ensure to pick up after their animals as we cannot monitor the parks 24 hours a day, but we will ensure our team reviews their upkeep and cleanliness. If you notice specific concerns in the future, please don’t hesitate to let us know directly.
As for the garages, they are designed to accommodate most standard vehicles, but we understand they might feel restrictive for larger models.

Over priced, not quiet, very average
The apartment itself is a bit above average, with super thin walls. You can hear everything!
Facilities are nice but certainly not worth the money. The maintenance guys are great.
This place is NOT quiet at all! Barking dogs, screaming kids and super loud music. And the loud music is all the time!
Forget having the security gate given everyone just drives right behind you without scanning in. Nobody follows rules around here.

Luxurious apartment living!
I’ve been a property manager myself for over 12 years back in California and moved here two years ago.
My husband and I are very picky when it comes to apartment complex living. We were looking for a brand new beautiful luxurious living apartment, quiet, and great management. My knowledge and experience over the years helped me identify the right home very quickly.
I was looking to live in South Reno because this is the best area to leave. I searched the entire South Reno and found four... decent apartment complex, and of course Harvest at Damonte Ranch was the best from all of them. The apartment complex it is absolutely beautiful from all the amenities to the interior of the apartments and management.
It is very important to have a great manager in order to keep residents happy in such big community. Lauren is doing a fantastic job with all the community events and creativity that she creates in a daily basis. She keeps you up-to-date daily with any activity that is going on the property. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone that is looking to live in South Reno, feel free to stop your search and come and live here because you’ll be more than satisfied with everything.
Harvest has many apartments to choose from and many of them are super quiet. I have never experience any sort of noise in my home. Again, we are very sad to leave this home if it wasn’t that we had to move back to California. I would’ve gladly make Harvest at Damonte Ranch our home for a long period of time.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE
This is by far the best luxury apartment community in the Reno area. It’s more affordable than the others and had more to offer! The only I wasn’t happy about is you can only have AT&T for cable/ internet.
