I have been here a few months and so far I really like it. The property is very clean and there is lots of parking. Night security is great and neighbors are quiet. The maintenance is very nice and address requests quickly. The laundry room is hot but the prices for machines are fairly inexpensive compared to going to a laundromat. The previous message said they are broke down but every week I go and they are all up and working. The price for a one bedroom is low compared to other complexes. So... far I am very happy here and if things continue this way, I will renew my lease. The only thing I criticize is that their "gym" is small and is very minimal. If you and another person are trying to work out at the same time it's very stuffy and you have no room. It fits one person at a time. If they would not let people have cluster products and broke down cars in parking spaces. Have washer n dryers or at least the hook-up. The laundry room is to hot and most of the machines are broke. This is why I can see myself moving after being there for one year.
