Been here since September, 100% a pleasant experience. The building is clean and well-maintained, late-night security present, central to all of downtown’s venues and events, and not having to drive downtown is a HUGE plus. The community atmosphere is perfect: friendly/respectful neighbors, no noise, trash, or pet complaints, and lots of opportunities for social interaction and events. The staff is always willing to help and address issues, and are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and... friendly. Full marks; to this point Ballpark has been the absolute ideal apartment living experience.

The Ballpark Staff is the whole reason it feels like home any time you walk into the building. It's very soundproof efficient between units. The rooftop is great for gatherings. Very convenient walk to anywhere downtown!

Poorly ran, security gates going to the 2nd floor are closed all day and open all night. I feel they really should be locked down at night time. Pet parks gross and is not big enough for the amount of dogs and is not maintained regularly. The smell alone makes you gag.
