I thought this place was great for the first few days...even with the people above me being EXTREMELY noisy, I hoped it was temporary and would get better. It didn't, so I made an unofficial complaint to management. I was they were spoken to and asked if there had been any improvements. I said "nope" and gave it a little more time. Problem became worse...slamming kitchen drawers, stomping, random banging, etc. Waited a couple of weeks and made an official complaint. Was told that they were... spoken to again and given a violation. Still no improvement. I've now been here a couple of months and can't seem to get a moment of peace so I had to start recording the noise on my phone. Because it's just a phone and not quality recording equipment, after forwarding the recordings to management with yet another complaint, I was told that it's just normal noises you hear when you live underneath someone. I've lived underneath someone before and I know the difference between normal footsteps and someone who has unusually heavy footsteps to stomping.
I was told by someone in the leading office that I'm not the first person to make a noise complaint about these people. They seem to know that management won't do anything about it so they have no reason to try to be considerate of anyone else.
Again, I've lived underneath someone before. I'm used to hearing footsteps and other random noises, but there's a point where the noise goes beyond normal and that's what I'm dealing with. I have to wear headphones in my own house to a life these jerks and I'm being told the only option is to pay a $500 administration fee to move to another unit. But knowing that they allow tenants do be as noisy and disruptive as they want, I run the risk of living next to another excessively noisy unit.
I just moved in April 1st, and it's July. I'm already looking for someplace else to live. A co-worker was looking for a place to move to and I ALMOST referred her here. I'm so glad I didn't. If she ended up being as miserable as I am due to following my advice I'd feel horrible.
If you're someone who thinks the rent you pay should afford you a reasonable anount of peace after work and on weekends, don't move here!

DONT MOVE HERE
Trash bins are always full and so trash blows everywhere, people don’t pick up after their dogs so there’s poop everywhere, most of the management never wears masks and yet there are signs all over the property enforcing masks, reserved parking is $25/month and you could be given a space no where near your unit, gym closes at 5/6pm depending on the day and we’re still charged, management ignores maintenance requests, need I say more? Stay away from this place.

Absolutely would NOT recommend
I’ve only been here a couple months and I’m already looking to move again. The management is the problem. They don’t care about their renters or the issues they bring up. I’ve sent several emails that have been ignored, and made several calls where I was told I’d receive a call back only to be ignored. We also pay for amenities we can not use such as the gym and pool both of which close at 6…when people get off work. It’s ridiculous. Don’t be fooled by the appearance of the property, only about... 10% looks nice then the rest is covered by trash and management doesn’t care. I pay too much money for what I’m dealing with here. Don’t waste your money too.

Great place
I am closing in on two years at 5325 E. Tropicana Ave. I am very please with Management (Elizabeth and Satya).
Elizabeth the complex manager has always been very receptive.
And the grounds are well maintained and if I have any issues they are addressed promptly.

Positively Awesome customer service!! ??
If you are looking for a clean apartment with a well maintained and beautiful property, and a staff who takes care of their tenants, then the Vue is where you want to be. Prior to moving here from Louisiana, l read a lot of reviews and The Vue had the highest rating, and since I've been here, is well deserved. Elizabeth and her staff were so patient and nice. They always go above and beyond. We were able to do everything we needed to do with paperwork and signing the lease online and (when... needed)on the phone(because I'm internet illiterate). They made my move-in seamless. My apartment was clean, but my AC was not working. The unit had to be replaced, Elizabeth had it taken care of that day. The maintenance guys are polite and respectful, and do excellent work. Any questions or problems I've had so far have been answered and taken care of. I couldn't have made a better choice than VUE 5325.
