I don’t usually write reviews, but this apartment complex truly tested my patience. I spent weeks trying to move forward with an application, and it was nothing but a cycle of delays and miscommunication. Every time I called for an update, I either got no answer or was told, “We’ll get back to you today” — spoiler: they never did.

I went in person multiple times, and every visit felt like a gamble. Most of the time, there was no one in the office, and I’d end up waiting outside in the heat like... I had nothing better to do. It was incredibly unprofessional. There was no system, no accountability, and definitely no urgency on their part.

After wasting all that time, they suddenly threw new conditions at me, completely changing what we had already discussed. And the worst part? Even after agreeing to all of it, they still didn’t move forward.

The whole process was frustrating and pointless. If you value your time and sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. The management has no respect for prospective tenants and runs the office like it’s optional. Read More

Place is infested with roaches I don’t feel comfortable sitting on my own floors or walking around my house barefoot. I keep my house clean yet I see roaches everyday

Awful disorganized and inept office staff. Terrible area and dirty apartments. Don’t waste your time here.

If you have any animals or want to live in a clean apartment community, this is not it. Glass is always everywhere in the Apartments community, covered in trash. They used to be called “rebel place,” your air will go out, and they will tell you “we have 72 hours to fix it” and still won’t come in 72 hours. I have no clue how they still have 5-star ratings.

Dont even consider looking to rent here there are so many better places
