I'm New to Vegas looking for a place to stay , called them like 4 times left 4 voicemails . then when I finally got ahold of someone I got put on hold for 45 mins , eventually I just hung up . The female that answered the phone sounded very unpleasant and wasn't really listening to what I wanted . I would recommend and also everywhere I look for reviews they have roaches running up the walls. I get the fact that apartment complex's are busy and got things to do but I've been waiting for them to... get back with me for 2 weeks .

Misleading advertisement.
Was given a tour of an upgraded unit, but received a filthy, unfinished unit. Apartment received not represented on advertising website. Be careful, ask to see unit before move-in. I passed thank god! The process was horrendous!

Topaz springs has made my moving experience more pleasant then I can put in words they went above and beyond to accommodate me and made sure I was taken care of and stayed true to their word and handled everything in a timely manner . Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
