This is a real review!! Roach city! We saw a mouse run from our wash room. We’re not the problem these nasty apts are. Gunshots and police all the time. Evictions every day. My neighbor was evicted and they left her filthy apartment disgusting for 2 months. The smell was awful. Do not move here. Management changes every other month so they’re constantly charging for new fees and doing “walk troughs” pool is never open.

Never rent here
From day one there has been nothing but issues. Water was not on in my until when I moved in so I had to go stay with a family member the first weekend. The front door locks looked like someone tried to break in the unit.. They replaced the knob 3 times in a week and it still has to jimmied to open or close. There is glue coming out of the wood floor because they put too when attempting to fix it, This was before I moved in. All the doors in the unit suck and you have to just about break it down... to open them. The office staff is disrespectful and take their time doing anything. I should have listen to my first mind and never rented with them, and I would not recommend it. Oh yeah once to twice a month they have the water off to fix something it the community and you may get a few hours notice.

UNPROFESSIONAL
The complex is very dirty . Flies everywhere . The trash dumpsters overflow onto the streets . The office manager and other staff members are very unprofessional. They don’t answer the phone . They don’t handle business correctly. As of right now , I have been without a washer and dryer for days and I put in the order days ago and she’s just now relaying to me I will be without my washer and dryer for another week . Professional right ?
They need to do better . I will not recommend this... complex to others .

Don’t live here
You’ll seriously regret it.. management sucks, maintenance sucks, I’ve haven’t lived here a full 4 months and I’ve had a mouse problem and the fire alarm has malfunctioned TWICE at 4am and 8pm and no one seems to care. I’m moving out the first chance I get, I suggest you not move in to begin with.

New paint won't fix it!
I will admit that the interior of these apt are very nice, until you figure out the cabinets are the original, therefore any bug problem prior to your move in, will still exist. During the night hours be prepared to stomp a bug if you open your front door because it's INSANE the amount of bugs outside! From crickets to cockroachs everywhere. Gross. Also there is not "courtesy patrol" unless the guy who fly's through driving about 20mph on Friday's is what they mean. Otherwise no, no patrol.
