Easiest process to move in! The staff is SO friendly and helpful!!! The view of my apt is so beautiful as well, I lucked out, not to mention how spacious and cozy it is.

Move in was easy but things need to be fixed. My sliding door does not lock and its a aaftery concern. My fledged freezes everything and some other issues

The people in the office are super friendly and helpful - like them! Gym facility is really nice - way nicer than any other apt gym I have seen. Dog Park is not good. People do not pick up after their dogs so it’s filthy. Would not take my dog there again.

Being in a 1bedroom unit, there are some “basic necessities” lacking. There wasn’t any pantry area, no medicine cabinet, no microwave, no bitty space provided for storage, kitchen cabinets were small and won’t even fit any regular size bottle of seasonings in it like cooking oil & the like. I struggle to set up my things to accommodate such a limited space. No enough room to expound your needs. Another major issue was residents don’t disposed of their trashes properly. Dumpster was always... full!! Management charge extra amount of dollars for valet trash service w/c I think is unnecessary seeing the disposal condition of the area.
The bedroom has decent size for a queen bed & night stand but closet again was too small with partition not properly allocated.
The unit is equipped with inside washer & dryer which is a plus. I was drawn to rent this place only because it is close to my workplace. I didn’t have enough chance to closely check and inspect the unit before I signed the contract. Read More
