This community is unsafe. The management has access to your apartment and goes into your apartment without your permission. We specifically told the management to not enter our apartment, they entered, and told us to go ahead and get a lawyer. In my opinion, The manager of South Beach is not doing her job and does not care about the residence or the tenants, She’s completely unfit to be managing anything or anyone. We feel 100% unsafe in this community since Logan property management started... managing this place.

Unprofessional staff
The apartments are mediocre and they’re “renovating” so virtually no amenities are actually available. These apartments are overpriced please request a full tour before renting. That’s not even the worst part I’m writing this review regarding the office staff. Yesterday I called regarding a simple question and was disrespected profoundly by Lesly. She was constantly talking over me and being aggressive so much where I decided to step into the office to see what exactly was her problem. I... complain to the manager but was dismissed and told it would be handled which I did not believe because unfortunately this was not the first time Lesly had displayed such unprofessionalism.

Worst apartments in Vegas
Apartments are broken into, I know of 4 in the 7 months I have lived here. My car was also stolen off the property. Unsafe. Do not live here. Office is full of incompetent people who will act like it’s the perfect apartment and not be of assistance when something happens because of their lack of security.

No Show for my Tour
I showed up for my tour at noon and found a sign on the Leasing Office door which stated they were currently touring. Waited 15 minutes and then left. Guess they didn't think my time was valuable.

Paid deposit and then heard crickets...
Four months ago (January 2018) I applied to live here and they got my 500 dollars deposit. Then, I got a message from Emily saying that I could not have the apartment I applied for because the current tenant decided to stay there. They offered a much smaller apartment for a higher monthly price and I declined. Still today I haven't received my money back. I have emailed them multiple times and got no response back. I also called and they said the money would be returned to my card and the... remaining balance in a check that I have never got. Be aware of this place lack of work ethics!
