Sahara view was my first apartment living on my own, it’s a peaceful great place to live. It’s spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage shelving space, which I loved. Anne is great and very helpful. I highly recommend this place. I loved it here and you will too!

Perfect for Military
I was here for a little over a year and it was within reach of everything I needed very quickly. Nellis is only about 20mins out and it’s also within such fun reach of the strip. On top of being affordable. I’d recommend this location to anyone in the military or college

Love the Apartment. Great Community.
I've lived here seven and a half years. I enjoy it. The community is friendly, the management is helpful and everything has gone smoothly since I moved in. The complex is off the main road, which is nice. It's gated and secure.
This is the only apartment I've had since moving to Las Vegas. I've never had any reason to want to leave. The unit itself is perfect for me. The management is responsive if there is anything that I need help with.
This is a nice place to live; I have no plans... on moving. Highly recommended!

Amazing team and comfortable living spaces!
I moved in here a little over a year ago, and it's been nothing but a pleasure! The owner of the apartment complex is very hands-on and addresses any minor issues quickly. The Office Manager Anne will make you feel welcome from the first tour! It's a quiet area, and I've never had an issue with any of my neighbors. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay!!!

Fantastic, Convenient, Quiet place to live!
Sahara View Apartments is truly a fantastic place to live. From day one, Dennis and Anne made me feel incredibly welcome with their friendly and personable approach. The entire complex is well-maintained and always clean. The cleaners ensure that shared spaces like the laundry room, spa with a heated pool, and outdoor pool are tidy and inviting.
Safety is clearly a priority here—the complex is gated and I always felt secure. It's also perfectly located: just a short 2 minute walk to Mariana’s... grocery store, a 7-minute walk or 2 minute drive to Starbucks, and close to a great French bakery, UPS store, and CVS. Everything you need is close by, which made daily errands incredibly convenient.
During my time living here, I never encountered any pest issues, and the grounds were always beautifully kept. Overall, I highly recommend renting from Sahara View Apartments. It’s a peaceful, well-managed community with everything you could want nearby.
