Management has terrible communication and follow up. I reached out regarding an apartment I am well qualified for and was denied based off income. I politely disputed the claim with my paystubs and the office claimed they would help me and never returned any emails. They wouldn’t return any call despite promises and they wouldn’t even give me their managers name when i got tired of the run around and wanted to my application reevaluated after they verbally agreed i do exceed the minimum... requirements for income and said they would fix my application on my behalf. Did they fix it? No i get a second denial letter based off income. Mind you i have no evictions or negative debt as confirmed by my credit report. I proceed to call them to alert them of the error and again i get empty promises to follow up so i have several times while at work because they cant keep their word. Now the unit I requested is gone. Listen to the reviews on this one they were spot on.

Roaches
They were nice in the office but they didn't inform us there were cockroaches in the unit. They obviously had some sort of pest control come out prior to our move in as dead adults were coming out through the baseboards. They blended in with the carpet so we never saw them but noticed they were dropping egg sacs and we promptly vacuumed thoroughly trying to mitigate any new hatchlings. Found days in we have started seeing adult roaches again. We wish they would have been truthful about the... infestation, we have children and frankly we pay too much to have to deal with this.

Doable
The staff is helpful. Was able to get into a newly upgraded apartment within a 4hr turnaround. Very quiet complex. Only complaint would be the ants. Very stuborn. Pest control is weekly and can be requested via email but the formula used doesn't seem to bother ants. Survey says, Doable.

Very Friendly Staff
I have been living here for 11 months. The office staff and maintenance are very friendly. The apartments are kept really clean. I really enjoy using the pool and the fitness center. I wish the fitness center was open 24 hours because with my work schedule it would be easier to access early morning. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the residents. The people above me are very loud. Even when they are not trying, there is very little insulation so you can hear everything... your neighbors do. There is a couple that lives next door to me that argue right outside my door at least once a week. Usually it is at 2 or 3 in the morning. The police have been called and it still happens every week. It is very annoying because there is nothing I can do about it. I think this would be a 5 star community if there were a better quality of residents.
