This apartment building is awful. There's no hot water for showering. The building's structure is terrible. Do not rent an apartment here.

cold shower in winter
I've lived here for several years and this building has a huge problem with the hot water supply for residents. To have hot water at 5 am in winter, so we can go to work, we have to wake up an hour earlier and leave all the taps in the apartment running for an hour so that the water is at least lukewarm, not hot. Not to mention the excessive waste of water from having to leave the taps running for an hour. Unfortunately, if you want to have this problem, come live here. Otherwise, look for... another building that provides hot water for showering.

New manager is the bomb
New management means new help . Cynthia and Teresa in the office are wonderful ladies. The application process was smooth and they called me back in 2 days …after moving in I had a few things that needed attention and they got innit right away …Maintenance is wonderful , they came about 30 min after I put in a work order ….I truly recommend 2025 and beyond with this management…. TY

hope you like cold showers
I’ve lived here for a year, I complained I hardly ever get hot water and they sent a maintenance guy over and he turned on all my faucets and when it got slightly warm he says see?? See? Hot. So I thought he must have fixed it before he came over. So I took a shower, it didn’t even last 10 seconds. I rarely get hot water. And I work grave yard so I can’t just have them come over whenever. I’m going to start looking for another place.

bad customer service
The lady I was speaking with on the phone hung up on me. She told me that this was a bad time to call and I just wanted to ask her a quick simple yes or no question, and she hung up on me while I was talking. Very unprofessional and has definitely made me rethink living here.
