I just moved in here and I must say as soon as I moved in the people were very nice. It's a cute 2 bedroom High ceilings and cute setup. I love it :) happy and quiet place. Located close to everything, staff is friendly and efficient. It was just what I was looking for affordable stylish living in a pleasant atmosphere.

Cockroaches everywhere when asked the staff about pests they specifically lied and said None loud appliances and neighbors will not renew lease can't wait to get out of here

Cockroach infested and stray cats galore. Maintence staff is great and very nice. But unfortunately that isn't enough to make me like this place. Every uncomfortable living situation considering the conditions listed. Won't be renewing when my lease is up. If you have the option and money to look for a more sanitary place. I'd definitely do so. I will say the leasing manager did her best efforts in trying to fix our bug issue but unfortunately we are still having the problem. Spraying for... roaches doesn't help. Especially considering that the exterminator only comes on Wednesdays and comes and goes as he likes. You will literally wait all day on some days for them to show if at all. It just isn't worth the money or the headache. It just makes me cringe at times. And LOTS of police activity. They're either in the complex or across the street at the 7-11.
