Monaco Park is a great place to live it’s quite safe and has beautiful grounds. But what makes it great is the office staff they are very helpful and caring and let’s not forget the maintenance team who keeps this place in good working condition. We have lived here for 13 years.

Friendly people in the office.. no real issues with my unit except accidentally breaking the microwave handle and maintenance replaced quickly and with no issues. Quiet neighbors

If it weren’t for the lack of response when we DO have an issue and the lack of communication overall, we’d be very happy residents. But these issues are causing us to consider not renewing our lease in January.
