Let me paint by crystal all day

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing as a concerned resident who cares about the long-term safety, appearance, and value of our community. I would like to bring attention to several issues that appear to have been overlooked during recent inspections.
After last year’s fire at the front unit, the repairs to the affected apartment were completed based on the insurance report. However, the unit directly above it still has a broken master-bedroom window that has remained unrepaired for more than...
two years. This damage is clearly visible from the front of the complex and affects both curb appeal and the perception of safety.
In addition, there are two large pine trees on the property that present potential fire hazards due to their condition and proximity to structures. Similar concerns exist on the two sister properties, including a completely dead pine tree located directly in front of the bus stop. This tree in particular poses a risk to pedestrians, children, and public transit users, and may also create liability exposure for the property owner.
I want to emphasize that my intention is not to get any resident in trouble. Many tenants do not have the authority or resources to address structural or landscape hazards themselves. These are property-level maintenance issues that require management oversight.
My concern is that funds were recently allocated toward new signage and marketing materials, while several long-standing safety and habitability issues remain unresolved. Addressing these matters would significantly improve the community’s appearance, safety, and overall reputation.
I respectfully request that management review these concerns and ensure that appropriate repairs and tree-safety assessments are completed. This would benefit both current residents and the long-term value of the property.

Great complex

Wanted to start off by saying this is the cleanest complex I have ever seen. The grounds keepers are always there making the love look beautiful. The pool is amazing and the landscaping is flawless. Feels like a private oasis. Great location in clean part of town.
