The property is decent, maintenance staff is great. Office gets 1 star. Lived at this property 15 months and level or professionalism has drastically decreased. All the great office staff is no longer there. Gave 60day notice when to move they changed it in their system a week out couldn't explain why. Went to disconnect my Gas I was told it was entered on the office end 10/5 as the disconnect date and they have someone moving in 10/6. I wouldn't resign with this location if they gave 800 rent... deduction

Love it!!!
My family and I have been here for 2 months and we love it. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the grounds are beautiful, and it's just so peaceful. You're close to everything and far enough for a nice getaway from the busy Strip.
