Here we are again on the coldest part of the year so far and woke up to no power, no heat and no hot water. Maintenance here is abysmal at best. Called corporate to report the issues and was asked what I want them to do about it. Fixing it would be a nice start. I have put in work orders for over a year and they keep getting marked complete but no work is ever done..

Visited thus place yesterday and the maintenance of the property is horrific. Dog droppings everywhere. Stairs and elevators nasty and smelt horrible. They ought to be ashamed advertising something like this. The apartment had areas of chipped and peeling paint. Just a all around place that should be demolished

In October 2023 the Evoq has let my unit go without hot water for 39 days before I felt a hot shower in my unit. I pay rent in full including the mandatory monthly $275 utility fee. Why pay almost $300 in utility fees if you have to boil water on the stove to bathe in the winter? How is this luxury when they can't offer something that is a basic human right?

No Hot Water, no ac, but lots of excuses and roaches. Exterminators are supposed to be included but I've been waiting months. They just mark it as done but don't do anything. Lie to your face about the hot water. It's out at least several times a month. They won't pay to fix it. Hot tub, sauna, and fire pit have been closed 2 years. Pool closed all summer. Gates are broken and unhoused addicts take over units. Hang up if you complain. $50/amenity fee for no amenities.

There has been no hot water and building 20 since October 18th and as of November 13th the problem is unchanged. The front desk was dismissive and there is still no hot water
