I just recently had an issue in my mechanical closet and I would like to give a great big thank you and shout out to Kirby, Laura, and Taylor for their quick and immediate response to the small condensation line leak with efficiency and professionalism unmatched , getting the issue resolved in record timing in my opinion !!!

I lived at Elysian's Skye Canyon for 13 months and it was a wonderful experience from application to move out. I honestly can't say enough good things about my tenancy here. The staff was always polite, professional and efficient whenever I needed anything. The complex was always clean even at the dumpster areas. When things would inevitably break maintenance was always on top of it. Everything was as good when I moved out as it was when I moved in and usually that's not the case at apartments.... I lucked up with this one and unfortunately I had to move back to Texas or I would have undoubtedly renewed my lease. Unrelated to the complex itself I did find morning walks in the neighborhood to be especially pleasant and Smiths plus other retail is in walking distance. It's also very close to Mt. Charleston if you love hiking or just want to beat the heat. 5 stars from this very picky renter and special shot out to Efrain who went above and beyond for me. He's a rock star. Read More

Taylor was such a delight on the showing, answering any and all questions we had. Fantastic tour of a beautiful property, and the move in process is going smoothly thanks to her! Fantastic amenities and the community in general has a great feel.

I’ve had such a great experience living at Elysian at Skye Canyon. From the very beginning, Taylor has been amazing. She made the whole move-in process feel easy and stress-free, which meant a lot. She’s always attentive and genuinely caring, and you can tell she really looks out for the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help with something, she’s been quick to respond and always kind about it. It never feels like you’re just another tenant — she actually takes the time to make... sure you’re taken care of.

The apartments themselves are modern and really nice. Everything feels updated and thoughtfully designed, and it’s a comfortable place to come home to. The amenities are a big plus too. The gym has almost everything I need, and the pool and hot tub are a huge plus in the summer time.

Laura has also been wonderful. She’s helped me through several situations and has always been approachable and professional. She’s the kind of person who’s always there to help and does it with a smile, which makes a big difference. Read More
