This apartment complex was over 6 months without a leasing manager, had over 350 work orders pending, and no maintenance people. After submitted MULTIPLE work orders they were all cancelled when new leasing manager arrived. It took over 6 months to remove the replaced water heater from in front of the building. The A/C ducking are so old that the smell of WEED from the neighbor literally comes through the vent when A/C kicks on and in the morning you wake up high which is a health concern.
