You may not have hot water for months plus your sink can overflow with sewer and the pool on June 29, 2024 and has black and green algae which is very dangerous.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. No hot water for months. Also, it’s supposed to be 24 hour open pool. It is the opposite. It’s 24 hours closed and dirty. Constant random water shutdowns, also laundry issues. It is also a non smoking community due to the lack of ventilation in the units but people constantly smoke everywhere. No insulation at all so the units are ovens even with the AC full on. The pictures do not represent the reality.

Roaches are an absolute problem here. They don’t do much to take care of them either. I’ve had my unit sprayed 4 times and they are still a problem. The water gets shut off multiple times a week. Maintenance is questionable. Sometimes things are marked as done when they haven’t been touched at all. Tiles are done so cheaply they peel up for anything. Ventilation is terrible. No windows. Just a wall unit for AC and that isn’t the best in the summer time. I really feel like they have taken... advantage of people just surviving on a lower income. There is a roach infestation on the 935 side in the picnic area. STAY AWAY!!!
