While this apartment complex may seem appealing at first glance, the reality is far from it. The management team here is unresponsive and shows little concern for addressing residents' concerns. We've endured a series of ongoing issues ranging from inconsiderate neighbors to missing packages and have consistently received little to no support. The noise from upstairs neighbors was a constant problem, especially in the early morning hours, yet both the office and security staff were unhelpful,... with security claiming they couldn’t intervene and only management could address the issue though, frankly, neither has shown any interest in resolving anything. If you're considering moving here, I strongly advise you to reconsider. This place falls short in every area, from basic customer service to creating a peaceful living environment. We’re just relieved to have moved on and finally enjoy some quiet. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that values its residents!!

Aster Blue Diamond Lease
The leasing team and property manager were incredibly helpful in resolving a miscommunication during my move-in process, as well as an administrative issue. They’ve been a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend considering an apartment here.

Poor management and lots of hide charges
Lots to talk about with how bad this place is. Lots of hidden charges for things you cannot opt out of even if they aren’t accessible. For example we pay a fee to use the pool even if the pool is closed. Doesn’t make sense to me but ok. We pay a fee for “common area maintenance” even tho they never provide anything in the common area. Simple things seem to be out of the conversation with the management at this property. Save yourself the headache and live somewhere else, take my word or don’t,... just telling the truth.

Really easy application/renewal process
From application to move in was really fast. I was able to renew through the app in less than 5 minutes.

Loving our new Community and Home!
Had a great moving experience with Marisela and Clarence. They were extremely friendly, professional and so easy to work with.
