The management that took over recently is always on bs. I had black mold and swarms of gnats in my apartment. Called management they sent maintenance out and maintenance basically tore my apartment up to “fix a leak” but never came to finish the job. I have sections of the drywall that were cut out and stuck back with painters tape. They took my baseboards off and disassembled my dishwasher after cutting into the wall and never came back to put things back together. When my roommates and I went... back to the office to see if they were goin to finish the job after a month of living with a disassembled kitchen, the office manager is going to say the maintenance people told her they completed the job. Instead of following up with us as the tenants she took their word for it and is trying to place blame on us. They didn’t offer anything to fix the problem. Instead all we got was attitude and lies. They have tenants paying several different prices in rent for the same apartment. Some paying the advertised price some paying hundreds more some hundreds less. This property if by far the least professional I have ever dealt with. Previous management gave no issues and always had problems resolved in a timely manner. New management that took over is absolutely horrible.

Great apartments in Vegas, Five minutes from Strip
The Ashton park apartments are greatly priced, awesome location (5 minutes from Las Vegas Strip) and nicely sized bedrooms plus living areas. The area is nice being across from UNLV and everything you need within walking distance and also on major bus routes. This apartment complex is great for young couples, college students, family's, an all around great residents!

Its a good location near to everything malls, groceries, schools, parks, hotels and churches. great price for its area. Friendly nighborhod. highly recommended.
