Terrible experience. Anything that needed to be repaired or replaced never did. My apartment was broken into and the community made me pay for the cleanup and nothing was fixed from people breaking in. Such a headache all around.

Sent an approved email, gave me different move-in dates. Then got my money and sent a denied email. The staff is passive-aggressive, will give you the runaround.

Spanish Oaks Apt
I live in Spanish Oaks Apts, out here in Las Vegas NV. This is the best apt I ever lived in. I like that they're upgraded, still look brand new, fresh, clean. I love the size of the apt, from each room size, to the spaciousness. I love the plan. I live in a one bedroom and so it's very perfect for me, as a single adult, the size is great. I also like the size of the walk in closet. I'm very satisfied. I also like that the complex property and their laundry rooms on the premises are always clean,... including the pool area and mail room. The landlords are very nice to.
