Newer building but everything falling apart

Hot tub out of service 6+ months, dirty grounds, security doors don't open half the time, improper & erroneous billing constantly, smoking throughout property, most "amenities" always have some kind of fault and no one will care to correct them. Nice from the outside but very poorly managed and attended to.

Worst complex I have lived at since new management came in.

I’ve lived in this complex for 3 years with zero issues—until the new management took over. Out of nowhere, my car was towed, and the towing company is now demanding a fee just shy of $700, claiming I was “storing” the vehicle. I’ve always parked where I live, and I never received any kind of notice or warning. That’s completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, just two months ago, there was an accidental shooting in my building that, according to reports, sent a bullet through an apartment...
wall and tragically killed someone. I understand that tragedies can happen anywhere, but between serious safety concerns and now being financially penalized for parking at my own residence, this place has gone downhill fast.

The new management has shown a complete lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for long-term residents. If this is the new standard, I will not be renewing my lease.

Regarding the towing of your vehicle, we know how upsetting and inconvenient this must be. While towing policies are generally enforced to maintain fairness and safety for all residents, communication and proper notice are essential. We are currently reviewing this incident to ensure all procedures were followed correctly and to prevent similar situations in the future.

We are also deeply saddened by the recent tragic event you referenced. The safety and well-being of our residents is our top priority, and we are actively working with local authorities and taking additional security measures to support a safe living environment for everyone.

Your feedback about the overall decline in communication and professionalism is taken very seriously. We are committed to making improvements, and we would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to address your concerns more personally and find a resolution where possible.

management is horrible

Random fees added to your monthly bills, they barely answer the phone and take weeks for things that only take a matter of hours or a day or two. overpriced, practically run down and not worth it
