Do Not Rent Here!
The management group does an ok job but there is too many homeless people in this area. The gate provides as false sense of security because half the time they are left open and people jump over the gate. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. For the rent you can get something comparable else where. I have had my package stolen from here and someone broke my car window. Most tenants leave after a year or two because they end up not liking here. Renter beware!

Great management
The management is great. If I need maintenance or have questions, Jimmy does a great job getting back to me in a timely fashion and fixing the problem. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. No complaints here!

Severe Bed Bug Issue Among Other Things
Management has continuously been told about the issue, residents have done their own research into ways of managing the issue and continuously told them the way they attempt to cut corners isn't going to rid them of the issue and guess what? We were right, problems continued after having a person come in and merely spray a single unit at a time when the only way to get rid of the infestation is to heat treat the place. On top of this, the heating and air systems in the units are out dated and... faulty, the fire extinguishers are a year a half expired at current date, the outside is not maintained and frequently filthy, the windows are not weather proofed at all with cold and hot air seeping through and the windows rattle like crazy, some of the window locks are faulty, the floor boards are badly installed, the staircase rattles and the secures to the walls are falling apart. Attempting to voice our concerns were largely met with dismissiveness on the part of management who tried to blame us when it has been made clear complaints of the problem occurred far before we made the mistake of renting from them. It has been months of discourse and they have not taken care of the problem. The rent is far too high for the issues that are prevalent here. I will be saving this review and I will continuously monitor for any sites that promote these slums to warn others of the mistake we made renting here but I will update if there are any lasting improvements.
