They get you in with a low rate then they raise it up very high! Appliances are old and don’t work. New water rates divided by the whole building is crazy.
Don’t move here if you like fair housing! Glad to get out.

Haven't been living here very long and so many issues even before it started... the person I was working with kept saying okay you're good to move in, then just kidding we may need to push it back... A very unsettling feeling when you're looking for a place to stay urgently. Depending on the day, the leasing office team members are rude. Be sure that you get to work with Amber. She's the best out of any of them there. The apartment itself is good. You have some creepy tenants in other apartments... that follow you around... Leasing office is inconsistent and their portal is not very user friendly and feels like it was made in the early 2000s. Needs an update. My "upgraded" apartment is not very upgraded to current times. These upgrades are those that you would've saw about 10 years ago. The cabinets in the hallway just covered previously made shelving and the shelving is extremely disproportional.. Outlets are all set up different ways. We moved in 3 months ago and its been nothing less than a disaster. Maintenence will come in with no warning, there air conditioning will break for months on end and they will do NOTHING. The apartments got bugs and the property is discusting as there customer service

My wife and I have been living here for a year. Every experience we have had, from maintenance to lease signing to interactions with the staff, consistently sets the standard for our expectations at an apartment community! Amber has taken the best care of us; everyone on staff we’ve worked with and talked with all show genuine care for us residents—and their pets! Definitely recommend checking this place out; it’s also in a great part of town where you can enjoy some peace and quiet!

We just moved in. I couldn’t be happier. Beautiful property in Henderson - but the friendly professional staff really made the difference! They speak of the units as our “home”, not just apartments. They are Courteous and explain everything along the way during the application process. There were no surprises or hidden fees. We have found a sweet place to live with people we like.
