First of all this place has the best views of Las Vegas and the property is situated so you are able to see the city lights at all times. My husband and I got an apartment that has amazing views of the lights of Las Vegas and mountains. We had looked at other properties and they had no views but of another unit or parking lot. Marq is a funny and caring person at the front desk. He really genuinely cares about the residents. The maintenance staff I’ve been in contact with are super friendly and... our work orders are completed immediately. This place resembles a fancy spa. The decor is exceptional and there are elevators to take to the different floors. It’s a non smoking community so it’s a lot stiff on any type of smoke. So if you like to burn candles, sage or incense you might not like it here. That’s the only drawback. As I have a beautiful porch that faces the city lights and can’t burn sage on my porch and do yoga. A little stiff with rules. Also had a bee problem and my husband and I were in the jacuzzi turned on the jets and over 50 bees started swarming. Marq was really caring about us being upset about it but the manager and maintenance man said it was normal. I have been a resident since 10/2019. My experience living at Imagine, aka Aspire@ Paseo Verde has been comfortable. High 5 to the amazing maintenance staff. Always prompt with my service requests. The management is awful, takes days if not weeks to get a response. Thin flooring. Trash around premises. Grass areas always smells like urine and poop, especially in the Summer. For the price you pay, you can find somewhere way better.

Kids playing at the pool at 11pm at night. Loud music. Disrespectful neighbors. Slamming doors. Yelling. Stomping.

I have flown to NV 3 times to search for the ideal living complex. Problem was, ALL places were identical in design and interior. Most of the complexes were had an older design and all were carpet. After wasting three days in NV I decided to walk across the street (from my hotel) and check out Imagine. I was familiar with Ovation and adored the staff at all their locations. Figured, why not check it out. I fell in love with the temporary feel, the pleasant aroma of sweet berries (yay air... fresher!) and the wonderful staff. Since this place is still under construction, I was able to choose WHAT floor plan was ideal to my needs. I explained exactly what I was looking for AND I was shown 4 units. Best part......unlike all the other complexes, the unit you see is the unit you rent! This made my move even more exciting. Nothing is worse then a blind rent. You never know what your place will look like. Or the location.
I also have a full view of the strip so that makes me feel special. And it gives me a mental boost of, "yup. My view is Vegas, baby!"
The review below, about this being over priced and over looking a bar and car wash is very inaccurate. I know this from staying at the hotel across the street. My room from the hotel faced the car wash so unless your apt has transparent walls (kinky), its unlikely you will see the car wash. Its also nice and quite so YOU can help create and keep this calm environment.
The price is awesome and also features a special so sometimes you can save! These do rent fast. There were 6 people interested in renting when I walked in last weekend.
