Charles entered the Real Estate industry in 1999 and became a Realtor in 2005. During the “Great Recession” he built a reputation for tackling challenging properties that other agents couldn’t sell. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate salesman Charles ran a successful floor covering business for 13 years and worked in construction before that. Charles was raised in a small town in Northern Maine. While growing up he worked for local farmers and learned the values of dependability, helping your neighbors, thrift, and hard work. In addition to residential real estate sales, Charles has been a licensed property manager with the state of Nevada for the past 8 years and actively managed rental property since 2010. For over 14 years, Charles has completed an average of 200-300 BPO’s (broker price opinion) per month, for some of the largest banks and investment firms in the country. When compared to his peers, Charles consistently ranks in the top 10-13% for total closed sales transactions each year.
