This... remarkable turn of events in what seemed as a disappointment after disappointment when leaving other properties in the general area can be attributed to the exceptional level of customer service provided by the property's remarkable manager, Tina. From the moment I first stepped foot into the leasing office, Tina exuded professionalism and clarity, setting the stage for a seamlessly easy and pleasant leasing experience.As I submit this review I offer some constructive but crucial feedback to AMC’s executive leadership. On three separate occasions, I found myself patiently waiting sometimes upwards of 30 minutes to speak with Tina or In a couple cases I returned at a later time or made a phone call. We moved in as the building was opening and the property managers were extremely helpful and supportive. They were always available to fix any issues that arose and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the new apartment. It is beautiful and plenty of room for us and our two teens. Appliances and fixtures are great. We are really enjoying living here.
